<p>As a mobile CI/CD platform, reducing build times is always a high priority. To improve our build times, last week, we&#8217;ve upgraded our iOS build infrastructure. Our machines are now dramatically faster, regardless of the project&#8217;s size and complexity. After upgrade, our instruments reported %50-70 reduction in build times. That&#8217;s 2-3x faster!</p>
<p>We&#8217;re really proud of our build times. But how does our new infrastructure compare to other mobile CI/CD platforms? We&#8217;ve tried it out.</p>
<h2>How much faster than competition? (Bitrise, Codemagic, Appcenter)</h2>
<p>We benchmarked a special Xcode <a href="https://github.com/devMEremenko/XcodeBenchmark" target="_blank" rel="noopener">project</a> made for testing build times. We built 3 times, and took the average time. We also used the same Xcode version (13.1.1). Here are the results using their regular plans:</p>

<p>The platform that took the longest time was Microsoft&#8217;s App Center. 15.3 minutes.</p>
<p>The second longest was with Codemagic. 11.9 minutes.</p>
<p>The third was Bitrise. 9.9 minutes</p>
<p>And the platform with the best build times was Appcircle! 7.7 minutes.</p>
<p>Here are the full results. Our new infrastructure is 2x faster than Appcenter.</p>
