Test and Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Documentation Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating and maintaining technical documentation for complex IAM and FGAC systems, as well as designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies for frontend, backend, and end-to-end processes. The ideal candidate should excel in adopting new technologies and developing tests for diverse system components.

We are looking for a "Test and Documentation Specialist" with the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Write, update, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, system specifications, API documentation, and test cases.
Ensure all documentation adheres to predefined standards and guidelines.
Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for frontend, backend, and end-to-end scenarios.
Develop and maintain performance tests using tools like K6.
Implement and manage frontend testing using modern frameworks and tools.
Create and automate tests for all project components, ensuring robust test coverage.
Conduct functional and system-level testing of IAM components such as Keycloak, OpenFGA, and supporting microservices.
Collaborate with developers and architects to understand system architecture and workflows.
Learn new components and technologies to effectively document and test systems.
Stay updated with emerging testing tools and technologies to improve testing processes.

Requirements:

Proven expertise in testing tools and techniques, with a focus on performance, frontend, and end-to-end testing.
Hands-on experience with K6 and modern frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Jest, or similar).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to quickly learn complex systems and technologies.
Familiarity with IAM concepts, Keycloak, and FGAC systems is a plus.
Experience with documentation tools like Confluence, Markdown, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
