As a Support Engineer, you will respond and resolve any issues that may arise with our enterprise and professional users. You will also work closely with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and find the best solution for our customers.

As a Support Engineer at Appcircle you will

  • Help customers with CI/CD related issues, especially with mobile app builds
  • Provide guidance and optimization suggestions for their build workflow implementations
  • Pinpoint where customers may get confused, and suggest changes in the product
  • Produce documentation with a good command of the English language and technical verbatim
  • Solve any issues that may arise with our users
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and try out the early releases

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Able to give and receive constructive feedback
  • General understanding of CI/CD and DevOps

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with scripting languages (eg.: Bash, Ruby) 
  • Experience with mobile app development
  • Understanding of API fundamentals
  • Log file investigation experience
