About the role

We are looking for a “Customer Success Manager” with the following qualifications:

Profile / Qualifications

  • Strong foundational knowledge of CI/CD concepts and modern software delivery practices.
  • Hands-on experience working with mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and mobile development workflows.
  • English speaking proficiency at minimum B1 level, able to communicate verbally with customers.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret build logs, pipeline outputs, and error messages to identify root causes.
  • Intermediate knowledge of scripting for automation and troubleshooting (e.g., Bash, Ruby, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Git-based version control systems and common workflows.
  • Experience with third-party integrations such as source repositories, artifact management, distribution tools, and related ecosystems.
  • Strong ability to write technical documentation clearly and accurately.
  • Analytical mindset with a systematic approach to investigating issues that are hard to reproduce.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to escalate issues effectively and track resolution.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear, structured explanations while maintaining technical accuracy.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Fast learner who can adapt quickly in a dynamic product environment.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and track UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities and results.

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer onboarding and ongoing success for Appcircle users, ensuring effective adoption of the platform.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing actionable guidance to customers.
  • Coordinating escalations with Engineering and Product teams, ensuring issues are properly documented, prioritized, and followed through to resolution.
  • Planning and managing UAT activities when required; tracking progress and communicating outcomes.
